Walking the path of healing and growth alone can feel exhausting — I know, because I’ve walked it myself.

Before I supported women through trauma-informed resilience work, I had to navigate my own trauma and nervous system dysregulation. I understand what it feels like to be capable and determined on the outside, yet internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival patterns. I also know what it takes to move through that — safely, gradually, and with the right support.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed coaching principles, behavioural science, somatic practices, and applied psychology. But it is also grounded in lived experience — in doing the regulation work, rebuilding self-trust, and creating stability after adversity.

A former Management Consultant with 17 years of experience, she is a triple-accredited Leadership, Life, and Parent Coach who specialises in trauma-informed resilience and somatic practices, integrating nervous system awareness and compassionate leadership to support deep, sustainable transformation.

  • The TIR Academy is for women who want to grow — but no longer at the expense of their wellbeing.

Whether you’re navigating challenges in your career, relationships, or personal life, this programme supports you in building resilience from the inside out.

  • TIR Academy is a rolling monthly programme. You can start at any point in time. Typically women take 12 months to reap the true benefits and reach their goals.

  • This is a rolling monthly contract programme. Should you wish to pay in full for 12 months, you can do so and you will also receive 3 x private 1:1 coaching sessions with me in the year!

  • Due to the nature of the TIR Academy, no refunds are available. Once you have made payment you will be emailed a contract to be signed. Under no circumstances is the deposit refundable and you will be liable to pay the full amount. If you pay the full amount its non refundable.

  • The lives sessions will be currently hosted 1 weekday evening (GMT) and 1 weekday lunchtime (GMT). More details of timings are shared once you sign up. All recordings are available on replay to members who sign up.

  • This depends on how quick or slow you want your reclaim strength and restore your life. Nevertheless commitment is needed. I recommend setting aside 2 hours of learning and reflection per week.

  • Absolutely! Most of my clients work full time while they focus on their personal development.

  • No coach or mentor can guarantee you results. Like I said, you have to put the hard work and commitment into your transformation.

    I cannot guarantee any kind of result but those professional women that show up, put in the work hard and take action get incredible results!

    No results are guaranteed though!
