A LITTLE ABOUT ME!

A former Management Consultant with 17 years of experience, I am a triple-accredited Leadership, Life, and Parent Coach who specialises in trauma-informed resilience and somatic practices, integrating nervous system awareness and compassionate leadership to support deep, sustainable transformation.

I want to teach women how to build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and move forward with strength, clarity, and courage—transforming obstacles into catalysts for growth and empowerment.

My vision is to empower women to understand their obstacles through a trauma-informed lens — not as signs of weakness, but as invitations for healing, growth, and transformation. I want women to develop the self-awareness, regulate their nervous system, and resilient mindset needed to move beyond survival, break through internal and external barriers, and rise into sustainable, embodied success.

I understand the pressures faced by corporate women, working mothers, even women navigating cultural or societal expectations. I have also endured racial, sexual, career, financial, and personal hardships—including identity theft and burglary—that profoundly impacted my psychological, emotional, and physical well-being. These experiences taught me how trauma can silently destroy our lives. My own experiences have inspired me to give back to others and help women heal, rise, and thrive despite the circumstances that feel out of their control.
